In 2007, I founded Wise Well Women to support worn-out , high-achieving women who were itching to create something more purposeful and joyful in their lives. It’s my deepest desire to be a beacon of light for you as you embrace your unique path on this Creative Living journey.
As an ex-hospitality pro turned creativity coach, I support creative thinkers like you to live your best life and have more fun doing it. I created this judgment-free community as a place of safety and security so you can experiment with new ways of being.
I am proud to claim myself as a “recovering stress junkie”. Honoring and nurturing my creativity has been life-changing for me and for everyone who has joined me on this heroine’s journey.

Life was never intended to be a struggle.
We can, and we will rediscover ease, flow + joyful living one baby step at a time!
And, yes, as a socially conscious entrepreneur, I believe it is our life-affirming, creative, feminine energy that will change this world.
In 5th grade, I wrote an autobiography titled Like a Tree based on the Walter de la Mare poem “Me.”

As long as I live
I shall always be
My Self — and no other,
Just me.
Like a tree.
Like a willow or elder,
An aspen, a thorn,
Or a cypress forlorn.
Like a flower,
For its hour
A primrose, a pink,
Or a violet —
Sunned by the sun,
And with dewdrops wet.
Always just me.
Even then, something in me knew that growth takes time, strong roots matter, and blooming can’t be rushed.
That early insight still guides me. The messages I carry today—the ones I share in words, art, and presence—have deepened, but the essence remains.
No matter what the question, the answer is love.
These early messages—of rooting, growing, and becoming—still guide me.
They’ve evolved into three creative truths that shape the way I live, make art, and hold space for others.
Each one reminds me to stay grounded, curious, and joyfully present.
Love First, No Matter What.
This simple mantra became my anchor during a time of great challenge.
It’s never failed me—and continues to guide how I live, create, and connect.
I've learned to follow the energy and listen for the whispers of wonder.
“What else is possible?”
“What if...?”
These questions guide my way—opening doors I didn’t know were waiting.
Play helps me let go—of expectations, of perfection, of performance.
It returns me to joy and reminds me that magic is unleashed when I allow myself to stop adulting and play like a child.
In fact, when the name first came to me, I was far from feeling wise, well, or in flow.
Still, in my journal, I began to shape her — a vision of the woman I wanted to become.
I could see her, even if I didn’t fully know her yet.
These words became my guiding light—
a declaration of the peace and presence I was missing.
Today, I return to this mantra often, whenever I need grounding, guidance,
or a reminder of who I came here to be.and what’s possible when I live with intention.
A wise, well woman is one who presents her authentic self to the world
each and every day, with joy and pride, and encourages others to do the same.
She shares her truth with courage, openly and honestly.
With passion, the wise, well woman lives life on life’s terms.
She chooses each moment to step bravely in the direction of her higher purpose.
The wise, well woman extends love to all.
She is guided by a deep faith in the God of her choosing,
and she carries a message of hope to all those in need.
This creed became a vision that pulled me forward when I needed it most.
It became my compass—always pointing me back to my highest self.
I offer it now as an invitation—
may it inspire you, and remind you of who you are.
I carry within me the wisdom of those who walked before—story keepers, art-makers, wild women, and forest dreamers.
My work is rooted in the lineage of Intentional Creativity®, a sacred tradition that honors the creative act as a portal to healing, transformation, and self-reclamation. As a Certified Intentional Creativity Teacher, I hold space for others to access their inner wisdom through image, word, and embodied ritual.
I am also honored to be a Woman Unleashed Guide, walking alongside women on the path of personal and spiritual expansion. This sacred role invites me to weave creativity with soul care—to live and lead from the heart, to trust the red thread that connects us all.
My lineage is not only in the teachers and trainings—it lives in the moss-covered stones of my memory, in the pages of my journals, in the paintings born from quiet devotion.
This is how I know:
We are all creative beings. We live by creating.

I’ve always written my way into clarity.
My journal—often in the style of The Artist's Way Morning Pages—is a trusted companion,
filled with stream-of-consciousness scribbles and soulful truths.
Sometimes, its pages find their way here to be shared
as reflections, creative musings, and moments of meaning.
Some are written. Others are voiced—short audio notes
for the times when spoken truth flows more freely than the pen.
And some are conversations—soulful dialogues with other Wise Well Women
who share their own wisdom, creativity, and lived experience.
From the pages of my own transformation… my journey to reclaim joy, intuition, and creative freedom.
This little book began as a personal healing project—
a way to reclaim my voice and make sense of my creative path.
Born during my yearlong Intentional Creativity® Teacher Training,
it became both a visual memoir and a soul map.
